New Pallets or Recycled Pallets
Looking to buy pallets? Tell us the size, grade, and quantity you have in mind. Partner suppliers can quote new, recycled, and repaired pallets, and availability depends on the supplier.
Repeat or Recurring Needs
If you buy pallets regularly, describe the sizes, grades, and how often you need them. Whether recurring delivery is available depends on the partner supplier.
Surplus Pallet Pickup
Have pallets to sell or get rid of? Share the approximate count, sizes, and condition. Pickup may be available through partner suppliers, and whether a supplier buys pallets or takes them for recycling depends on the supplier.
Custom Pallet Quote
Need a non-standard size, a particular lumber species, or features like chamfered edges or notched runners? Include dimensions, quantity, and any special requirements, and ask whether a supplier can build to spec.

Preparing for Your Quote
The more detail you include in your request, the easier it is for a partner supplier to give you an accurate quote.
Quantity Needed
How many pallets do you need? Give a count or a range, and say whether it is a one-time purchase or a recurring need. Minimums and volume terms are set by each supplier.
Pallet Size
What dimensions do you need? The most common is the 48x40 GMA pallet, but 42x42, 48x48, Euro, and custom sizes are also used. If you are unsure, describe your product and how it sits on the pallet, and ask the supplier to suggest a size. For custom sizes, provide exact length, width, and any height requirements.
Grade Preference
Grade A is commonly described as near-new appearance, Grade B as structurally sound with minor wear, and Grade C as an economy option with visible wear. Grades vary by supplier, so describe your application, such as what you are shipping and whether the pallet will be seen by customers, and ask what each supplier's grades mean.
Location
Which city in Phoenix or the Valley are the pallets for? Mention any access restrictions at your site, such as dock height, forklift availability, gate clearances, and receiving hours, so the supplier can plan pickup or delivery where it offers them.
Timeline
When do you need the pallets? If you have a hard deadline, such as a production start date or a ship-by date, say so in your request. Timing depends on what the partner supplier has available and can arrange.
Special Requirements
Do you need heat-treated (ISPM 15) pallets for export? Specific lumber species? Pallets compatible with automated handling systems? Anti-slip deck surfaces or chamfered edges? Mention any special requirement up front so a supplier can quote it accurately.
