Pallet Size
What dimensions do you need? The most common is the 48"x40" GMA pallet, but we stock and build many other sizes. If you are unsure, tell us the dimensions of your product and how it needs to sit on the pallet, and we will recommend the right size. For custom sizes, provide exact length, width, and any height requirements.
Grade Preference
Do you need Grade A (premium, near-new appearance), Grade B (standard, structurally sound with minor wear), or Grade C (economy, functional with visible wear)? If you are not sure which grade fits your needs, describe your application — what you are shipping, whether the pallet will be seen by end customers, and how many times you need it to survive — and we will recommend the right grade.
Delivery Location
Where do the pallets need to be delivered? Provide a full street address so we can calculate accurate freight costs. Include any access restrictions at your site: dock height, forklift availability, gate clearances, and receiving hours. If you prefer to pick up from our Phoenix facility, let us know so we can have your order staged and ready.

Custom sizes, large volumes, and heat-treated export pallets may require 5-10 business days. If you have a hard deadline — a production start date, a ship-by date, or a seasonal ramp — share it so we can plan accordingly and flag any potential lead time concerns early.
