Unlike many freight carriers that charge extra for loading or require you to have dock equipment, our service includes complete loading and unloading as standard. Here is exactly what our drivers bring and how the process works.
Truck-Mounted Forklifts
Every delivery and pickup truck is equipped with or accompanied by a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or equivalent) with a 5,000-8,000 lb lift capacity. Our driver operates the forklift — you do not need to provide equipment or operators.
Dock-Height & Ground-Level Service
We service facilities with full loading docks, ground-level access, and everything in between. Our trucks have liftgates for ground-level drops, and our flatbed drivers use the truck-mounted forklift to place pallets exactly where you need them — in your yard, on the dock, or inside the warehouse.
Stretch Wrapping & Banding
All outbound pallet loads are stretch-wrapped and/or banded for transit stability. We carry our own wrap and banding materials. For inbound pickups, we handle loose, stacked, or scattered pallets — no prep work required on your end.
Placement to Your Specification
Tell us where you want the pallets staged and our driver places them there. Inside the dock door, in a designated yard area, in a specific warehouse bay — we place loads precisely where they need to be so your team does not have to move them again.
Site Cleanup
After loading or unloading, our driver cleans up any nails, broken boards, or debris from the staging area. We leave your facility cleaner than we found it — every time.

En Route Notification
When your driver departs our facility, you receive an automatic en-route notification with a real-time ETA based on current traffic conditions. ETA updates automatically if route conditions change.
Arrival Alert
A 15-minute heads-up notification is sent when the driver is approaching your facility, giving your receiving team time to prepare. Your driver will call directly if they need specific gate or dock instructions.
Delivery Confirmation
Once unloading is complete, you receive a delivery confirmation with the exact count of pallets delivered or picked up, condition notes, and a digital signature from your receiving staff.
For Recurring Customers
Customers on recurring delivery schedules receive a weekly manifest email every Friday showing next week's confirmed pickups and deliveries — dates, times, volumes, and assigned drivers. Any changes or cancellations can be communicated via phone, email, or text with 24-hour notice.
