Quality Standards

Our Pallet Grading System

We use an industry-standard grading system so you know exactly what you are getting. Every pallet is inspected and graded before it enters our inventory.

A

Premium Grade

Like-new condition. No broken boards, no excessive staining. Strong, clean, and ready for high-visibility applications.

Best for:

Retail, food & beverage, export

B

Standard Grade

Fully functional with minor cosmetic wear. May have light staining or repaired boards. Structurally sound.

Best for:

Warehousing, manufacturing, shipping

C

Economy Grade

Shows clear signs of use with multiple repairs. Still structurally sound and fully functional for standard loads.

Best for:

One-way shipping, storage, heavy industry

Combo

Mixed Load

A mix of A, B, and C grade pallets. Best value for operations where appearance does not matter — only function.

Best for:

High-volume operations, cost-first buyers

Transparent Pricing

What Determines
Pallet Pricing?

Pallet pricing depends on several factors. We believe in full transparency — no hidden fees, no surprises. Here are the key variables that affect your price:

Pallet Size

Standard 48x40 pallets are the most economical. Specialty and oversized pallets may carry a premium.

Grade & Condition

Grade A pallets cost more than Grade C. The better the condition, the higher the value — for buyers and sellers.

Order Volume

Bulk orders of 100+ pallets unlock significant volume discounts. The more you buy, the more you save per unit.

Wood Type

Hardwood pallets (oak, maple) cost more than softwood (pine, spruce) due to durability and weight capacity differences.

Treatment Requirements

Heat treatment for ISPM-15 compliance adds a small fee. Required for international export shipments.

Delivery Distance

Local Phoenix delivery may be free for bulk orders. Wider Southwest delivery rates are based on distance and volume.

How We Price Pallets — Full Transparency

We believe you deserve to understand exactly what drives your pallet costs. Here is a detailed breakdown of every factor that affects pricing, whether you are buying or selling.

Pallet Grade

Highest impact

Grade A pallets command the highest price due to their clean appearance and full structural integrity. Grade B pallets are typically 15-25% less expensive. Grade C pallets cost 30-45% less than Grade A. Combo loads (mixed grades) offer the deepest discounts — up to 50% less than all Grade A.

Pallet Size

High impact

Standard 48x40 GMA pallets are the most cost-effective due to high supply and demand. Less common sizes (42x42, 48x42, 40x40) may carry a 10-20% premium because they are harder to source. Custom and oversized dimensions are priced based on lumber requirements and build time.

Order Volume

High impact

Volume discounts begin at 100 pallets and increase at every tier. A 500-pallet order typically costs 15-25% less per unit than a 50-pallet order of the same grade and size. Enterprise orders of 5,000+ receive custom pricing negotiated for maximum savings.

Wood Species

Moderate impact

Hardwood pallets (oak, maple, mixed hardwood) cost 20-35% more than softwood pallets (pine, spruce) due to superior durability and load capacity. Hardwood pallets last 3-5x longer in heavy-use applications, making them more cost-effective over their full lifespan.

Treatment Requirements

Moderate impact

Heat treatment for ISPM-15 export compliance adds $1.50-$3.00 per pallet depending on size. Kiln drying adds $2.00-$4.00 per unit. These costs cover the energy, kiln time, certification documentation, and IPPC stamping required for international shipments.

Delivery Distance

Variable impact

Delivery within the Phoenix metro is free for orders of 100+ pallets. Deliveries to Tucson, Flagstaff, and other Arizona cities are priced based on distance — typically $150-$400 per truckload. Southwest regional deliveries (NV, CA, NM) are quoted individually based on route and volume.

Bulk Discounts

Auto-Ship Program

Set a standing order and we deliver the same quantity on the same day every week or month. Never run out of pallets again. Adjust quantities anytime with 48-hour notice.

Inventory Reserve

For bulk customers, we reserve dedicated inventory in our warehouse. Your pallets are set aside and ready to ship the moment you call — guaranteed availability even during peak demand.

Mixed-Size Orders

Bulk discounts apply across your entire order, even when mixing sizes and grades. Order 200 units of 48x40 and 100 units of 48x48 — the combined 300-unit volume earns the 250+ discount tier.

How to Sell Your Surplus Pallets

Turning surplus pallets into revenue is straightforward. Here is the complete process from first contact to payment in your account.

01

Contact Us with Details

Call, email, or fill out our online form. Let us know how many pallets you have, their approximate sizes and condition, and your location. Photos are helpful but not required — a brief description works fine. We respond within 2 business hours.

02

Receive a Preliminary Quote

Based on your description, we provide a per-pallet price range. Standard 48x40 Grade A pallets typically fetch $3.00-$4.50 each. Grade B pallets range from $1.50-$3.00. Even Grade C and damaged pallets have value — we quote $0.50-$1.50 per unit for economy-grade stock.

03

Schedule the Pickup

We dispatch a truck to your location — free for loads of 50+ pallets in the Phoenix metro area. Our driver inspects and counts the pallets on site, confirms the final grade breakdown, and adjusts the quote if the actual condition differs from the initial estimate.

04

On-Site Loading

Our driver handles all loading using our truck-mounted forklift or your dock equipment. You do not need to stack, band, or prepare the pallets in any special way. Just point us to the pile and we handle the rest. Average loading time is 30-60 minutes for 100-200 pallets.

05

Get Paid — Fast

Payment is processed within 7 business days of pickup. We offer check, ACH direct deposit, or credit toward future pallet purchases. Regular sellers can set up net-15 or net-30 billing cycles. High-volume sellers (500+ pallets per month) may qualify for same-week payment.
